Emergency Communications of Southern Oregon (ECSO 911) is located in Medford Oregon and serves the population of Jackson County, including the Rogue Valley and Crater Lake National Park. ECSO is a combined emergency dispatch facility, and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), for over 30 law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service agencies.
Jackson Alerts is Jackson County's new notification system for informing residents about emergencies and other important community news and information you need to know to stay safe. Alerts quickly provides the community with critical information during situations such as wildfires, severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons, and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods. The Mental Health Program provides a range of community-based mental health services to the citizens of Jackson County, including crisis services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As the Local Mental Health Authority, Jackson County participates in community planning and oversight of the mental health services available in our community.Our aim is to promote compassionate and comprehensive care and better opportunities for recovery for those individuals in our community who suffer from mental illness.

The Josephine County Sheriff's Office (OR) mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with area residents. The Josephine County Sheriff App allows residents to connect with the Josephine County Sheriff's Office by reporting crimes, submitting tips, and other interactive features, as well as providing the community the latest public safety news and information.
PulsePoint Respond is a 911-connected app that can immediately inform you of emergencies occurring in your community and can request your help when CPR is needed nearby. PulsePoint Respond is not available in all areas. The service is only offered where adopted by the local public safety agency.
